1. Recently mowed, luscious green yard

2. Hedges lining the front of the house

3. Lonely palm tree in the middle of the front yard with its full limbs

4. A red brick walkway led from the front entrance to the edge of the driveway

5. White BMW was parked on side close to the walkway

6. Oil spot three feet away from the BMW’s driver’s side door

7. No other Oil Marks
